Job Summary 

A Brand Ambassador will provide samples of Lehua Brands California, LLC products to consumers at accounts throughout their territory. Brand Ambassador reports directly to the Account & Training Manager. Ambassadors are needed in the greater Los Angeles + San Francisco Bay areas. Upon completion of brand training, ambassadors will be able to knowledgeably represent the brands to consumers. The schedules will be determined by the promotional calendar as well as the Brand Ambassador’s availability. Brand Ambassadors are part-time, at-will employees. Tastings scheduled for days, evenings and weekends, 2-3 hours per activation. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: 

• Arrive early to set up activation table, check in with store manager to confirm deal/promo running and make sure budtenders are aware of the promotion 
• Perform the mechanics of tastings, promotions and events as trained 
• Represent the brand(s) as outlined in the program or event training 
• Deliver key facts, brand messages, and script as outlined in the program training 
• Engage consumers to favor the brand(s) featured during the activation 
• Report event numbers and take photos for recap 
• Perform staff trainings when needed/scheduled 
• Take a minimum mix of 5 photos/videos throughout the shift and send them to your supervisor 
• Photos/videos should include table set up, products displayed in store and (when consent is given) customer and budtender interactions 
• Collect event numbers and email to your supervisors within 24 hours of shift 
• If you are running late or cannot make it to your shift you must immediately contact your supervisor 

 Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) 

• Ability to professionally deliver key facts and brand messaging as outlined in the program training 
• Ability to work independently and to be responsible, enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated 
• Applicant must be 21 years of age 
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends 
• Prefer cannabis, or wine and spirits experience
